Registered Office Service

By law, every company must have a registered office. The company secretary if you have one,  or director if not, is usually responsible for establishing and maintaining it, and it is the company's address for formal communications.

The registered office must be a real address. PO Box numbers alone are not acceptable but it doesn't have to be the place where you do business. If you subscribe to our Company secretary  or Gold company service you will automatically have our address as your registered office. If you do not we can provide a registered office and mail forwarding service only.
